REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON EXEMPTION OF IMPORT DUTY ON IMPORT OF MATERIALS, SPARE PARTS, COMPONENTS, AND EQUIPMENTS FOR AIRCRAFT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE.
Import of materials, spare parts, components, and equipments for aircraft repair and maintenance, as specified in Attachment ti this Regulation, is exempted from import duty so that final tariff of import duty bercomes zero percent (0%)
The exemption of import duty, as meant in Article 1, is also applicable for repair of aircraft components of national air transport companies operated overseas.
Request for exemption of import duty, as meant in Article 1, is filed to the Director General of Customs and Excise, with copy is submitted to the Director General of Air Communications of the Ministry of Communications.
The Director General of Customs and Excise on behalf of the Minister of Finance issues Decree of the Minister of Finance on giving of exemption of import duty, as meant in Article 1, based on List of Goods and Specifications as specified in Attachment to this Regulation.
The Director General of Customs and Excise is instructed to implement the provisions of this Regulation.
This Regulation is valid from August 14, 2006 to August 13, 2007.
